Duct Cleaning
Duct cleaning can be carried out using a HEPA-filtered negative-air vacuum unit connected to the duct system. Rotary brushes, air whips, nozzles, scrubbers and compressed-air tools help loosen accumulated dust and debris so that it can be collected through the vacuum system.
Where required, access openings are made in the main ductwork and a flexible duct is connected to the vacuum unit. Cleaning methods depend on the duct layout and the nature of contamination. Inspection cameras may be used to record duct conditions before and after cleaning.
For regular fine dust: Rotary brush cleaning may be used. Typical equipment includes inspection cameras, rotary brush machines, air compressors and HEPA-filtered vacuum machines.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
HVAC and ventilation systems need regular attention as components wear over time. Without planned maintenance, efficiency may decline, power consumption can increase and unexpected interruptions may occur.
AMR ESPL's Annual Maintenance Contract support focuses on periodic system checks, preventive maintenance and technical assistance to help maintain reliable operation. Maintenance activities are planned around equipment condition and operational requirements.
